All sales of Thangka artworks are considered final once the order is confirmed.
Due to the unique, handmade nature of Thangka pieces, we do not accept returns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Change of mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preference-related reasons (color, size, detail, style)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cNot what I expected\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Digital display differences (color differences between screen and real item)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, we will always assist customers in cases of damaged, incorrect, or lost orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Damaged Artwork<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unboxing video (if available)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping label and package photos<\/p>\n\n\n\n
